Meet the Candidates
Dear Young Lawyers,
The Utah Minority Bar Association, in conjunction with the Young Lawyers Division and Women Lawyers of Utah, would like to invite you to a "Meet the Candidates" Event in anticipation of the upcoming election. You are an impressive group of well-qualified candidates to lead our Bar. We hope that each of you can join us. The details are as follows:
Date: Tuesday, May 27 – (ballots go out May 30)
Time: 5:30pm
Place: Holland & Hart LLP
60 E. South Temple, 20th Floor
Salt Lake City, UT 84111
(Free parking underneath the Smith Memorial Building - entrance on South Temple between Main and State Street)
Agenda: Brief introductions by the Third Division Commissioner candidates, followed by two 10-minute presentations by the President-Elect Candidates (approx. time - we won't have a chess clock like a former federal jurist!). Ending with a moderated Q&A session for all candidates.
We will be providing refreshments and hope to socialize before and after the main event.
