Nomination Form for Distinguished Real Property Practitioner of the Year | Nomination Form for Section Treasurer

The Real Property Section is one of the largest and most active sections of the Bar. Our section continues to sponsor high quality seminars on real property and related topics. Our section sponsors regularly occurring luncheon seminars. We also continually provide speakers for the Bar’s annual and semi-annual seminars. One of the section officers serves on the Bar’s Governmental Relations Committee. We also provide seminars for the Bar’s Young Lawyers section. Perhaps the most significant of our section’s activities is the section’s annual meeting which usually takes place in April or May. We have a business meeting, elect a new section Treasurer for a four year term, receive updates on recent Utah Supreme Court and Appellate Court cases, recent legislation affecting real property and other matters. We recently began sending information and announcements to all section members via email.
