  • Active Status.
  • 7 Years of Practice. Admitted to practice law for not less than seven (7) years
  • Professional Status. A professional reputation in your local legal community for competence, ethical and professional conduct, malpractice insurance in an amount of at least $100,000/$300,000 if in private practice.
  • Disciplinary Action. Never been subject to a formal disciplinary proceeding by any court or Bar or related entity and/or been publicly or formally sanctioned in any jurisdiction.
