The Board of Bar Commissioners is seeking nominations to serve a four-year term as the Bar’s representative to the Deception Detection Examiners Board. The board reviews complaints concerning the unlawful or unprofessional conduct of a licensee under Title 58, Chapter 64 of the Utah Code and advises the Division of Public Licensing in its investigation of these complaints.
