Illinois has recently instituted a Minimum CLE requirement. Lawyers licensed in Illinois can find out more about the rules and regulations for these new requirements at: http://www.mcleboard.org/. Groups looking to provide accredited CLE programming for Illinois lawyers can also find out about the new approval process at that site.
