ASSISTANT COUNSEL

The Utah State Bar Office of Professional Conduct seeks applications for the position of assistant counsel. The main function of this office is to investigate and prosecute allegations of attorney misconduct. Duties of the position is the investigation and prosecution of these attorney misconduct complaints in administrative proceedings and the district courts.

Applicants must have law degree and admission to or, if licensed in another state, eligibility for admission to practice law in Utah. Five years of litigation experience required. Must have strong writing and research skills. A background in the area of attorney ethics is a plus. Salary commensurate with experience. EOE
