2006 Annual Convention Next Week – July 12-15!
It’s not too late to register for the Utah State Bar 2006 Annual Convention in Newport Beach, CA. Online registrations will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. MDT on Thursday July 6th. 2006/2007 Licensing Forms Due
Licensing Forms for the 2006/2007 licensing year are due. If you have not yet mailed in or completed your form online, you have until July 31, 2006 before late fees apply. To submit this form online, go to: www.myutahbar.org and login with the same password you use for Casemaker. If you need your login and password information, please send a request to: onlineservices@utahbar.org. If you have questions about your form or need a replacement form, please contact the licensing department at: licensing@utahbar.org or call (801) 297-7020.

US Labor Department Compliance Assistance Site
The US Department of Labor has an expanded web site to help its customers “with clear and easy-to-access information on how to comply with federal employment laws.” Information is organized by topic, by audience and even by applicable laws (e.g. FLSA, FLMA, etc.). You can find this new, useful site at: www.dol.gov/compliance/.
