Announcing:
That applications are now being accepted for the position of district court judge in the Fourth Juvenile Judicial District. (Counties includes Juab, Millard, Utah, & Wasatch).
This position results from the pending retirement of Judge Leslie Brown.
Completed application forms must be received by the Administrative Office of the Courts no later than 5:00 p.m., Monday, June 26, 2006.

Constitutional Requirements for Judicial Office:
The applicant must be at least 25 years of age, a United States citizen, a resident of Utah for at least 3 years immediately prior to appointment, and admitted to practice law in Utah. Also, to qualify as a judge of the district or juvenile court, the applicant must reside or be willing to relocate within the geographic district for that court.
