The annual Utah Mock Trial Competition is fast approaching, and we would greatly appreciate your help. It is an exciting opportunity to interact with and support our youth as they learn about the legal system and their rights and responsibilities as citizens.
We need 300 attorneys and community representatives to judge the 94 rounds scheduled for February 27 – March 20, 27, 28, & 30. We also need attorneys to coach mock trial teams.
Mock Trial judge/coach training is scheduled for Wednesday, January 25 at 5:30 p.m. at the Utah State Bar Law and Justice Center. CLE credit is available for attorneys who agree to judge or coach. The CLE training registration form is available on our website at www.lawrelatededucation.org on the mock trial page. The pre-registration deadline is January 23rd.
