Scott Sabey, a shareholder in the law firm of Fabian & Clendenin, has received the 2005 Amicus Curiae of the Court Award from the Utah Judicial Council. The "friend of the court" award goes to an individual who has helped improve Utah's judicial system and access to justice for Utahns.
