Blogs for Lawyers
One of the best known Blogs for lawyers is Dennis Kennedy's at www.denniskennedy.com/blog/. Blogs are types of online journals, usually focused on a specific topic. Dennis's Blog provides excellent information and resources on Legal Technology. If you are interested in creating your own Blog, you can find one resource at www.lexblog.com.

Casemaker Updates!
In July, the Colorado Library went live on the Casemaker system. This adds another 10th Circuit state to the system along with its case law and statutes. Check out the new library contents by logging in at www.utahbar.org/casemaker/Welcome.html. You will need to have an e-mail address on record with the Bar to access the system. Recently two more states, West Virginia and Kentucky, signed into the Casemaker Consortium. This brings the total number of participating states to 22. If you have questions about the Casemaker service, please contact the Bar at onlineservices@utahbar.org.

2006 Budget Available

Archive of Web Sites Available
The Internet Archive (www.archive.org) provides an extensive library of web sites for research purposes. As well, it has a “Way Back Machine” that allows you to view historical web sites from the past. This site can serve as a useful research resource for lawyers.
