Position Information:
The successful candidate will provide legal services primarily for Kern River-related construction, operations, environmental, rights-of-way, claims litigation, and other areas as assigned. This position requires two plus years’ private/corporate legal experience and a license to practice law in Utah (or a license to practice in another state with ability to become licensed in Utah within one year after hire date). Knowledge of utility industry, construction, rights-of-way and/or environmental law is highly desirable.
