Position: Project Associate—Securities Law Case Writer
Position Overview:
Mindcrest has an immediate need to hire two licensed attorneys to work as Project Associates for an ongoing Securities Law writing project for a large client. Reporting to the Manager of Legal Services, Utah, this role is accountable for reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing complex securities law cases in accordance with a defined style guide. The project will begin immediately and, to the extent the Project Associate demonstrates the ability to master this work to the client’s satisfaction, potential exists for this to become a long term assignment. Associates may be licensed in Utah or in any U.S. jurisdiction.
