The United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit seeks applications for a bankruptcy judgeship in the District of Utah. Bankruptcy judges are appointed to 14-year terms pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §152.

Richfield, Utah—Applications are being accepted for a District Court judge position in the Sixth Judicial District, which includes Garfield, Kane, Piute, Sanpete, Sevier, and Wayne counties. The position will replace Judge David Mower who is retiring effective Dec. 31, 2008.
