F/T LITIGATION PARALEGAL
Jones Waldo is seeking a full-time paralegal with broad experience working as a paralegal in litigation. Will assist attorneys in managing related documents and materials primarily via electronic discovery and other software systems. Will also coordinate matters with clients as needed.
Job Responsibilities: •Calendaring/docketing
•Document production and management
•Electronic discovery, trial and post-trial assistance
•Drafting discovery-related pleadings
•Workflow coordination with other paralegals
•Arrange for service of subpoenas
•Bachelors degree and/or paralegal certificate
•Good organization and time management skills
•Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills
•Excellent grammar, punctuation and spelling skills
•Strong PC skills, specifically in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
•Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Prefer applicants with previous work experience in the areas listed under Job Responsibilities.
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
