Corporate Associate (#163)
Dorsey & Whitney LLP is seeking a corporate associate for our Salt Lake City office. The associate will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance and capital markets transactions.
Qualified candidates will have:
• One to four years of experience in corporate and securities law,
• Strong communication and writing skills, and
• Strong academic performance (top third of law school class).
Candidates admitted in Utah are preferred.
