Office Manager

Duties: Report to firm partners regarding daily administrative procedures and general office management including reception, mailing and supervision of support staff.

Assist litigation team with case management including court filings, maintenance of onsite file archives and tracking incoming/outgoing correspondence.

Oversee firm bookkeeping including creating and tracking monthly invoices and collections from clients, generating A/R reports, and coordinating with an accountant for monthly financial reconciliation.
