The Boulder office of Holland & Hart LLP is seeking a Paralegal with a minimum of five years of experience in real estate law and corporate law. To qualify, candidates must have significant real estate contract, title, and loan document experience as well as significant and recent experience with transaction closings, corporate formalities. Experience in federal securities law filings is a plus. The candidate will also need to have a paralegal certificate or four-year undergraduate degree, strong organizational skills and attention to detail; the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing; excellent computer and database skills; and the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
