The Colorado Springs office of Holland & Hart LLP is seeking a Paralegal with a minimum of 4 years of experience in litigation, transactional, and intellectual property work. To qualify, candidates must have experience with foreclosure proceedings; document collection and organization; proofreading client documents and pleadings; assistance with disclosure and discovery; witness management; and pre-trial and trial coordination. The ideal candidate will need to have a paralegal certificate or four-year undergraduate degree, exhibit strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent computer and database skills, and the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
