Request for Statements of Qualifications
The City of West Jordan Utah is seeking statements of qualifications (SOQ) from licensed attorneys in good standing with the Utah State Bar, with two years of progressively responsible legal experience in municipal or other governmental law, in criminal law, for a “part-time contract prosecutor.”
It is the intention of the City to negotiate a one year contract with the selected individual or firm, with two potential single year extensions.
Sealed statements of qualifications will be received by the City of West Jordan, City Recorder’s Office, 8000 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah 84088 until 02/11/10 @ 4:00 P.M. at which time the names of those submitting statements shall be publicly announced.
Statements of qualifications, modifications, or corrections received after the closing time on the "Due Date" will be considered late and will not be opened. Facsimile transmitted SOQ’s will not be considered.
