NOTICE OF BANKRUPTCY JUDGE VACANCY
DISTRICT OF UTAH

Vacancy 09-BJ-01 – SALT LAKE CITY – position is available in June, 2010.

The United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit seeks applications for a bankruptcy judgeship in the District of Utah. Bankruptcy judges are appointed to 14-year terms pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §152.

Current annual salary is $160,000.

A full public notice for the Bankruptcy Judge position is posted in the office of the clerk of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit in Denver, Colorado, and in the offices of the clerks of the U.S. District Court and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Utah.

Interested persons may obtain a copy of the full public notice and application from the Tenth Circuit website at www.ca10.uscourts.gov under “Jobs”, or by calling Human Resources at 303.335.2821 or 303.844.2067.

Applications must be received in the Office of the Circuit Executive, Byron White U.S. Courthouse, 1823 Stout Street, Denver, CO, 80257, by 5:00 p.m., Mountain Time, October 30, 2009.
