Schiff Nutrition International, Inc. is seeking an attorney for a corporate position for our in-house legal department. Candidates must have the ability to work with internal clients in a team setting on a variety of diverse and challenging issues. Candidates must have 3-5 years of general corporate experience as an attorney in a law firm or corporation. Experience in the dietary supplements industry is a plus.
Responsibilities include advising on general corporate and public company matters, drafting and negotiating agreements, advising on advertising campaigns and intellectual property matters, managing and working with outside counsel on litigation matters, and interacting with various company departments to develop business opportunities and products. Must be self-motivated with excellent analytical, organizational and communications skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
