Nationwide sales company seeks candidate to fill in-house legal counsel position. The candidate will handle and negotiate complex business transactions, licensing/compliance matters and employment/labor issues. The candidate’s duties will also include litigation management, drafting and review of commercial contracts and management of outside control.
The candidate will work closely with management and advise them on strategic decisions. The candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to thrive in a dynamic, energetic environment.
Qualified candidates must have at least four years of experience at a law firm and be admitted to practice in Utah.
