The law office of Petersen & Associates, the in-house claims litigation office for the Farmers Insurance Group of Companies, is looking to hire a contract insurance defense trial attorney with a minimum of 3 years insurance defense experience; four to five years of insurance defense experience preferred. The successful candidate will maintain their own full case load of files to be tried to a jury or arbitrated. Three years quality full time plaintiff’s personal injury experience or commercial litigation may be acceptable. Four years full time criminal prosecutor with 1-2 years of tort litigation experience may be acceptable. Spanish language fluency is a plus. Salary commensurate with experience.
