The Litigation Division in the Office of the Attorney General has an opening for an employment litigation attorney. At least one year litigation experience in state and federal courts is required. Applicants should possess excellent written and oral advocacy skills and should have the experience and ability to take over and try both jury and non-jury cases of a complicated nature.
