Johnson Mark LLC is a civil litigation firm engaged primarily in the practices of debt collection, creditor rights, and judgment enforcement. The firm maintains offices in Utah, Idaho, and Oregon. Associate needed to lead out Oregon office, representing creditors in debt collection cases throughout the state. The office is located in Newberg. The position involves the following:  overseeing all phases of high-volume caseload: from case preparation, filing, service of process, to judgment;  prosecuting contested cases through arbitration and trial;  pursuing post-judgment remedies such as garnishments, in-court debtor examinations, etc. The right candidate will have a work well with judges, clerks, attorneys, and employees; and will have a keen eye for streamlining business processes. The work will require some travel to arbitrations and court hearings in various districts. 1-3 years attorney experience required – litigation experience preferred, collection experience a plus.
